Hybrid Series Cooling Units

The Hybrid Series Cooling Unit combines active and passive cooling to deliver high-efficiency performance with impressive energy savings, easy installation, and a commitment to sustainability.

The dual cooling system isn’t just efficient; it offers redundancy. When cooling demands change, the unit seamlessly switches between active and passive cooling to optimize energy use, reduce wear and tear, and extend its lifespan.

These cooling units are ideal for environments where the temperature is variable with lower ambient temperatures, climate-controlled facilities, and operations that run at partial capacity for periods of the day.

Passive Cooling, or Free Cooling, is utilized when the ambient temperature is below the enclosure’s target temperature, the unit uses passive cooling, saving energy by utilizing the naturally cooler surroundings without relying on a compressor.

Active Cooling occurs when the ambient temperature exceeds the target temperature. This uses a compressor and refrigerant circuit to effectively expel heat from the enclosure, keeping it within safe operating limits.

Closed Loop Design

Designed to isolate the external ambient air from the internally conditioned air eliminating the risk of contaminants entering the cabinet.

Efficient Circulation

Large distance between intake and exhaust vents for efficient air circulation and elimination of hot spots.

Free Cooling

Air to air technology that cools using the cooler air outside the enclosure to remove heat from inside the enclosure with minimal energy use.

Dual Cooling System

Free cooling and active cooling provides cooling redundancy in highly unlikely events when one system fails.

Active Cooling

Compressor driven cooling utilized only when the air around the enclosure exceeds the desired internal temperature of the enclosure.

Active Condensate Management

Condensation is a natural byproduct of refrigeration. The heated condensate collection pan boils this off thereby eliminating the need for drain tubes and buckets. To conserve power, this heater only activates when necessary.

Optional Filter Design

In high particulate environments, optional filters could be ordered for easy retrofitting without needing tools.

Energy Efficient Fan

Equipped with energy efficient EC type fan with proprietary algorithm to optimize fan speed to achieve balance between delivering performance and energy efficiency.
